  1. a. Ramayana, where Sthree Dharmam was upheld by Rama Avataram for the benefit of the world. The society of these days miserably fail in this aspect, unable to find true mothers for the kids of our dates.

  2. It is C in my opinion as well. The reason being that Ved Vyasa who played a major part in the classification of the four Vedas and who wrote the epic Mahabharatha and various other works was depressed even after the achieving such a feat.
Then I guess upon Narada’s suggestion (correct I am wrong here), he embarked upon writing the Srimad Bhagavatha Purana which is touted as the provider of the essence of the four vedas and considered the most important among the Sattvika Puranas that are constituents of the 18 Puranas.

  3. Sir
It looks to be A . Ramayanam in my opinion as during Mahabaratha time, when Bhisma carries discourse inprsence of Krishna to Panchapandavas & Gauravas, he says salvation to all is Vishnu Sahasranamam sung in presence of Lord .This mentions only Rama confirmed by Eswara.
Hence, Ramayana is elder brother to Bhagavat Gita

  4. Answer is c.

Why because,Bhagavad Gita is the subject matter for the starters of spirituality and Srimad Bhagavatam is for higher level knowledge seeking people, elder.
After reading Bhagavad Gita One comes to that understanding that Krishna is the supreme personality of Godhead and the highest perfection of Human life is to serve Krishna with unalloyed love and devotion. And Bhagavatam starts where this verse of Bhagavad Gita ends

  5. I think “a” is the answer. as we have Siva Gita in Ramayana. Shiva answered Rama’s questions

  6. Hara Hara Sankara Jaya Jaya Sankara. All the above is my choice. I am not competent enough to decide. Let a well versed person guide us. Janakiraman. Nagapattinam

  7. f: It is Deepavali (tambi of Bhagavad Gita) as per Periyava.

  8. “a” is my choice

  9. I will vote for the Ramayana (or Yoga Vasishta) since a similar conversation (as in the Gita) happens between Sri Rama and His preceptor Sage Vasishta. The first chapter especially is very similar to the Bhagavad Gita – in the former , Sri Rama is dejected with the worldy life , its suffering etc similar to what Arjuna experiences in the Gita. Then both Sage Vasishta and Sri Krishna expound the Truth and the various paths to reach the goal. Just my humble opinion. Thanks

  10. Ramayana

  11. In Periyava’s upanyasam, deepavali has been indicated to be younger brother (not elder) of gita.

  12. choice– d
